Two Sisters, One Legacy

Claire & Riley was born from something deeply personal. In 1978, our mother Margaret opened a small boutique on the sun-warmed streets of Cape May a place where every woman who walked through the door left feeling a little more like herself. It was never just a store. It was a feeling.

Raised Between the Racks

We grew up in that boutique. Between the fabrics, the fittings, and the quiet conversations our mother had with every woman she dressed. We watched her choose each piece with care, always asking the same question does this make her feel beautiful? In 2005, when the time came, we knew we wanted to carry that forward. So we did. For over two decades, this boutique has been our home, our heart, and our greatest privilege.

The News That Changed Everything

Earlier this year, we received news that broke our hearts. After nearly 47 years on the same beloved street, our landlord tripled our rent. A decision that left us with no choice but to find a new home for the boutique that Margaret built with so much love.

It was not easy to accept. But we are our mother's daughters. And she did not raise us to give up.

A New Beginning

We are moving. A new location, a fresh start, and the same love for timeless style that has guided us since 1978. Cape May is still our home. And this boutique will always be our heart.
