At Claire & Riley New York City, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of being placed. To cancel, contact us at info@claireandriley.com as soon as possible with your order number. After this 1-hour window, your order is processed for fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled, though you may still be eligible to return it under the terms below once it arrives.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition
- All original tags and labels must still be attached
- Trying on an item is permitted, but worn items cannot be returned
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some is not permitted
3. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees or customs charges. Claire & Riley does not cover return shipping costs.
4. How to Return
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Contact us at info@claireandriley.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- We will provide you with the return address of our fulfillment partner
- Ship the item back at your own expense — we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
5. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
6. Liability
- Claire & Riley is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout
- Address errors must be reported to us within 1 hour of placing your order via info@claireandriley.com
