A full-bodied black-and-tan dachshund stretches across the front panel of this quilted traveler bag, rendered in deep navy, slate, and warm amber tones, with fine stitch lines following the curve of every muscle and fold of ear. Three bold sunflowers — golden yellow petals, dark burgundy centers, and sage-green leaves — fill the background behind him, while a patchwork border of red, coral, and floral prints frames the sides and zipper edge. Claire and Riley hand-picked this piece for the shop their mother Margaret opened in Cape May back in 1978 — the same careful eye, just a new generation behind it.

For nearly twenty years, we've built this store side by side as sisters. Pouring our hearts into the pieces our mother Margaret first dreamed of in 1978.
Last year we bought too much fall. Coats, cardigans, heavy knits. We believed in every piece and we ordered deep. Then the season came and went, and a lot of it never left our shelves.
We're not making that mistake twice. So this year we're starting early, while it's still warm out and nobody is thinking about sweaters yet.
