We offer free UPS shipping on all orders across the United States. Your tracking number will be sent by email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Contact us at info@claireandriley.com to start your return.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Reach out and we will help you personally.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through a secure SSL connection.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as fast as possible, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of ordering. After that, orders are automatically processed in our system and requests will be denied. Your order can still be returned for a full refund once it reaches you.
